Called Mr. Brian and I talked to him over the phone. I could tell he was a professional. I waited for him to come back off a vacation. He took my car in and told me that he was going to get the parts on Thursday. He actually got the parts in on Wednesday and fix the car on Wednesday and I got it back on Thursday. I didn’t have to go through the typical BS from the dealership with the price gouging. He gave me a price he stuck to the price and the entire experience was amazing. My car runs like it is brand new again. I will definitely be going back to him for as long as I own my Porsche. He changed my shocks in the rear and I’m loving my car again

i had a great experience with Brian having the transfer case oil & both differentials oils changed on X7 . He is a highly knowledgeable bmw expert and drives one himself. Same service level and knowledge of dealerships if not better at a much better price.

Brian fit me in last minute when my dashboard lit up out of the blue. Was extremly helpful, responsive, and quick to fix my vehicle, especially given that it was a holiday weekend. In and out in less than 48 hours and that was with having to wait on parts to be ordered and shipped. Cannot thank him and enough and he now has a customer for life.
